The rental is RM450-00 per month. And that's the reason we stayed here in the first place. The damn cheap rental. If you want cheap stuffs, you have to be well prepared for the mental tortures ahead.
1) This place is PORKING DIRTY
You can see cat shits on the stairs. They will be left there until the shit turns to dust. No one will clean it up. And in other place, sweepers/janitors/cleaners will sweep the dry leaves and rubbish from the road and throw it in the rubbish dump. They will clean the drain to make sure that it is not clogged. But over here in Wangsa Maju, they will do the opposite. They throw everything in the drain. Dry leaves, rubbish, cat shits, EVERYTHING. They will do anything to MAKE SURE that the drain is clogged. Why? Read further.
2) This place is filled with MOSQUITOES
Why? Refer above.
And when there are a lot of mosquitoes, a bunch of idiots will come and spray the place with porking smelly anti-mosquito spray. And it's not free. This bunch of idiots will go to every huse, knock until the person in the house open the door, normally housewife. And then they will ask for money. They will tell you that it is compulsory. If you don't give, you will be fined. You know lah all those shits to scare the shit out of the housewife.
Why I know? Because I kena-ed before. I just gave birth when they came knocking on my door. At first I thought of keeping quiet and just ignore them. But they kept on banging my door until my baby cried. No choice. I went and opened the door and they cheated my RM20. They were asking for RM60 but I told them I don't have money. My husband is at work blah blah blah. BIG MISTAKE. They then asked me how much I got and I said RM20. HUGE MISTAKE. They then said, "RM20 pun boleh lah." And I gave it to them. GIGANTIC MISTAKE! Knowing that most husband will go out for work leaving the housewife at home, they only come on weekdays.
They still came knocking on my door every now and then. But we just kept quiet and ignore them. Baby will no longer cry to door banging sounds because he got so used to it already.
So I think they must have had pakat with the cleaners to purposely clog the drain so that there will be a lot of mosquitoes because they wanna make money from it. WTF.
3) Not A Safe Place To Stay!
Our window was poked open by a stupid thief. And he tried to steal our house keys with his long rod. I heard a crack sound and woke up. And he ran away. Luckily our house keys are safe. But the stupid thief stole away my husband's office keys.
4) There's No Place To Park
There are like so many blocks but so little parking space. The ratio of the houses there to parking space is 70:30. If we are a bit late we will have no place to park at all. Then there's often some dumbass who will park right in front of people's car blocking people from coming out. And then 6am in the morning the owner of the blocked car will honk his heart out because he couldn't get out from his parking. How to sleep like that? FML! Even if you have a space to park don't be too happy. Why? Read below.
5) Car Thief
If you stay in Wangsa Maju Section 2 and you have a car, make sure that your car is locked with Steering Lock, Gear lock, Door Lock, Seat Lock, Tyre Lock and Pad Lock. Make sure you buy the most expensive type. Our car was forced open by dumb dumb thief one time. Luckily my husband's steering was locked with a steering lock. RM300++ steering lock. He couldn't drive away the car so he searched through the glove box to search for any valuble items and took away my RM29.90 Bonita sunnies leaving my husband's Rayban behind. LOL. That's why I called him dumb dumb.
6) Annoying Salesmen/Donation-men
Not only idiotic porking smelly anti-mosquito spray peoples come banging at my door, those annoying salesmen too. hey will knock knock knock and shout "Auntie ah Auntie ah Auntie ah" and won't give up until like 10 minutes later. Sometimes they wanna sell stuffs sometimes ask for donations. Then sometimes they will say something funny to make you open the door. Something funny like "Open the door lah, I know you are inside." LOL. That happened to my mom.
Haih.. I can't wait to get out of this shithole!

Hmm.. actually hor, most places also like that edi.
Same like in PJ or USJ. Or stay in places like the one near curve (ask Evie) or Mont Kiara (ask Jane) got security before going in.
Security really tight. As tight as...
Go and survey a gated and guarded place, then move out fast la. What u need is to pay higher price (rental) lol. Best still, buy one house or condo la.:)
