I've always wanted to do like really dark smokey eyes make-up but I always end up looking like I got punched in the eyes. I am really really hopeless with using eye-liner. I've tried the marker-pen type and also the pencil type but I am still not able to draw a proper black line on my eyelid. Same goes to mascara.
If you are just as hopeless as me, worry no more. Now everyone can has Black Dramatic Smokey Eyes Make-up in just 5 minutes!
But the bad news is, you can only have Black Dramatic Smokey Eyes in your photos because it's actually edited to it. LOL!!!

All you need are your photo, a computer and a picture editing software. And voila! Black Dramatic Smokey Eyes. :P
I am using JASC Paint Shop Pro to do this. But the steps are almost similar if you are using Photoshop. Go google for the tutorials ok.
