The End Marks A New Beginning

Today is 30th December 2009. In 2 days time, it would be the beginning of Year 2010.

So much had happened on 2009 that if I were to summarize everything here it'll probably take me days to finish this post. So let's just forget about writing everything and just focus on the highlights.

1) In January 2009, I've given birth to a beautiful baby boy who we named Sukorn.

2) I was in the confinement period during Chinese New Year thus missing all those CNY cookies, 2010's CNY, I'm going to eat as much of Kuih Kapit as I can to cover back what I've missed in 2009.

3) I've started Bling Paradise, a blogshop selling fashion clothes and accessories but failed teribly and made me realised that selling clothes and accessories is not an easy business no thanks to heaps of competitors.

4) After the fallen of Bling Paradise, I've started BP Crafts to customake and sell Amigurumi Toys. It had been a success as it's unique and not much people are doing it. Since then I've kept myself busy with orders. And I'm proud to say that my crochet skills are getting better and better each day. :P

5) At work, I've learned how to sketch wedding gowns and evening gowns and had been requested to design and sketch gowns for customers. As I'm actively doing crochet, my handwork and bead works had got better too.

6) As I wanted to grow my hair long, I've changed my short hair to thos explosive afro in June 2009 before my cousin's wedding. And after six months, I've straighten it and highlighted it PURPLE making a big hoohaas among my customers. -__-"

7) Due to staying up late to do crochet, I've found out sites where I'm able to watch TVB series online for FREE.

8) My wallet had been stolen by a toddler in my OWN office.

9) As my mom is around, we weren't able to hang out with friends thus had started to held dinner at our home instead.

10) I've became so active in Lowyat.net that everyone knows me as the "Hot Mama" :P

There were plenty of arguments between me and husband but which couple doesn't. And each arguments made us love each other more. I've found a true friend, a friend who was there during the ups and downs of my life. I've realised that it's very easy to find friends to hang out with. But when I'm in need of help I didn't know who to call. Not that other friends are bad but it's just that I don't trust them as much as I trust her. And her name is Evie.

I've known her since high school but never got to know her well because she's such a quiet person in class. Oh boy I was so wrong. She's definitely not a quiet person.

When I was in the hospital after I gave birth, this friend came allllllll the from PJ to Cheras to visit me for 2 nights in a row. And after we've gone back, she had visited us from time to time to pay with little Sukorn. Damn touched mannn.. T.T

A few days ago, me and hubby realised that in Year 2008, we had wasted our time doing nothing. There's wasn'tanything significance besides our wedding and pregnancy. Year 2009, we got better, and in Year 2010, we've planned to get even better!

I can't wait for 2010 to finally arrives. Sukorn's birthday is just around the corner. In just a blink of eyes my little baby is going to be a 1 year old toddler soon. I can't wait!

We've got BIGGER AND BOLDER plans for our careers ad future and I can't wait to get out this flat house that we've been staying since August 2008!

P/S: And in 2010, I've planned to exercise more, watch my food, and loose the extra fats on my body... Oh well~
